Vinci AI - Classroom Protocol

Vinci AI Limited is registered and operates Vinci AI in Hong Kong. In these terms and conditions, "we" and "our" refer to Vinci AI Limited, while "you" refers to the applicant, registered students, and registered students' guardians or parents.

By registering for our courses or programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration

Enrollment in advanced courses or requests for grade skipping may require an assessment to evaluate the student's abilities and suitability.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to students or terminate student registration at any stage due to disciplinary issues, unpaid tuition fees, or other outstanding fees.

Tuition and Payment

Full payment of all course fees must be made at least 3 weeks before the course starts.

We reserve the right to terminate student registration at any stage due to overdue or incomplete tuition fee payments.

We reserve the right to adjust tuition fees and promotional offers at any time at our discretion.

If　(vinciai.academy)　the tuition fees listed on our website and other channels (including but not limited to social media platforms and promotional brochures) have any any discrepancies or inconsistencies, the information on our website shall prevail.

Once registration is completed or confirmed, payments are non-refundable.

Course Arrangements

We reserve the right to modify the courses, including but not limited to course content, class sizes, class schedules, and the number of courses.

For holiday camps (e.g., summer camps), we do not provide makeup classes or refunds for missed classes. Please refer to the section below for makeup arrangements for regular semester courses.

Course Cancellations (Adverse Weather and COVID-19 Arrangements)

To ensure the safety of our staff, students, parents, and guardians, classes will be canceled and makeup arrangements will be made in the following situations:

• Issuance or expected issuance of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning signal within 2 hours before the course starts.
• Public health alerts, such as COVID-19.

We advise you to closely monitor official public notices.

In the event of teacher absence or unavailability of the venue, we will notify you of the rescheduling of the class.

Makeup Arrangements (Not applicable to summer camps)

Missed a class due to illness or overseas travel? We will make every effort to place your child in an equivalent-level class to avoid missing any content.

You must submit a makeup request to us by sending an email to contact ([email protected]) or calling us at +852 55797606 during business hours.

• Makeup classes are only provided forsickor　travel,absent in regular semester courses.We do not offer makeup classes for other reasons.
• Makeup classes are applicable only to regular semester courses. We do not provide makeup classes for holiday camps and trial lessons.
• Makeup class availability is subject to capacity and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To request a makeup class, you must notify us of the cancellation of the scheduled class at least 2 hours in advance.
• Each student is allowed a maximum of 1 makeup class per semester. Makeup classes are not allowed for non-full semester students.
• Makeup classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Makeup classes must be completed within the same semester as the missed class and cannot be postponed. Any outstanding makeup classes after the end of the semester will be forfeited.

Safety

While we strive to provide a safe and secure learning and entertainment environment for your child, the safety of your child is a shared responsibility between us and you.

You are responsible for the safety of your child before and after the class.

You are responsible for dropping off and picking up the student from our center. There is no need to sign in or inform us when the student leaves our center.

In case of a need for immediate medical attention, the child will be taken to the nearest hospital. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to this.

Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold us, our executives, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, sanctions, costs, and any type or nature of expenses upon request.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any services under the contract due to fire, natural disasters, governmental actions, negligence of suppliers or subcontractors, labor disputes, or other causes beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property unless such liability cannot be excluded by law. These conditions do not affect your rights under the Hong Kong Consumer Protection Law.

Confidentiality

You agree not to copy, distribute, or show in whole or in part any course materials, course notes, assessments, and tests provided by us without our prior written consent.

Prohibition of Poaching

You are prohibited from privately arranging or scheduling private tutoring with tutors/teachers employed by us.

Photography and video materials

Accepting our terms and conditions signifies your agreement that Vinci AI is free to use all photography, videography, and audio materials created by us during our courses without further consent from the participants. We reserve all rights to the images and videos.

We reserve the right to use student works for promotional or educational purposes.

Consent regarding photography and videography materials can be revoked at any time by emailing　[email protected]
