根據教育局通函，成功申請的公帑資助中小學將獲發一筆過 $500,000 撥款 。學校可跨學年使用這筆撥款，直至 2027/28 學年 結束 。這意味著學校有充足的時間來規劃長遠的 AI 發展，而非倉促採購。
學校需承諾在計劃期內完成以下重點項目：

The fewest 3 次經驗分享會 .
安排學生參加最少 2提升 AI 素養的學生活動 (校內或校外) .
撥款的使用範疇相當廣泛，主要用於購置或租用能提升學生人工智能 (AI) 素養的工具和服務，包括：
硬件： 如 AI 機械人套件、單板電腦 AI 套件、AI 電腦等 .
軟件： 如 AI 繪圖軟件等 .
平台： 各類 AI 賦能的學習平台 .
學與教資源： 相關的教學素材 .
校本 AI 應用方案： 如僱用外間機構或自行設計校本語言模型 .
學生活動： 資助學生參加校內或校外的 AI 相關活動 .

活動必須能提升學生的數字素養與技能。這包括由學校舉辦，或由學校認可的校外機構（如專上院校、創科機構、香港教育城等）籌辦的課程、活動或比賽 .
所有承諾項目需在計劃期內（即 2027/28 學年結束前）完成 。學校須在 2027 年 9 月提交「中期報告」，並在 2028 年 9 月提交「總結報告」 .
不是。計劃的目標是實現 “AI for ALL subjects” 。這意味著 AI 元素的應用應推展至電腦科以外的其他科目，將人工智能融入日常學與教中 .
